הֲל֣וֹא כֹ֣ה עָשׂ֡וּ אֲבֹתֵיכֶ֡ם וַיָּבֵ֡א אֱלֹהֵ֡ינוּ עָלֵ֡ינוּ אֵ֣ת כָּל הָרָעָ֡ה הַזֹּ֡את וְעַ֣ל הָעִ֡יר הַזֹּ֡את וְאַ֣תֶּם מוֹסִ֡יפִים חָרוֹן֩ עַ֥ל יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לְחַלֵּ֥ל אֶת הַשַּׁבָּֽת׃
Did not your fathers thus, and did not our God bring all this evil upon us, and upon this city? yet ye bring more wrath upon Israel by profaning the sabbath.
¿No actuaron así sus padres, y nuestro Dios trajo todo este desastre sobre nosotros y sobre esta ciudad? Y ahora ustedes están trayendo más ira sobre Israel profanando el sábado.
