וַיִּלְכְּד֡וּ עָרִ֡ים בְּצֻר֡וֹת וַאֲדָמָ֣ה שְׁמֵנָ֡ה וַיִּ֣ירְשׁוּ בָ֡תִּים מְלֵאִ֡ים כָּ֡ל טוּב֩ בֹּרוֹת֨ חֲצוּבִ֜ים כְּרָמִ֤ים וְזֵיתִים֙ וְעֵ֣ץ מַאֲכָ֔ל לָרֹ֖ב וַיֹּאכְל֣וּ וַיִּשְׂבְּע֔וּ וַיַּשְׁמִ֖ינוּ וַיִּתְעַדְּנ֥וּ בְּטוּבְךָ֖ הַגָּדֽוֹל׃
And they took strong cities, and a fat land, and possessed houses full of all goods, wells digged, vineyards, and oliveyards, and fruit trees in abundance: so they did eat, and were filled, and became fat, and delighted themselves in thy great goodness.
Y tomaron ciudades fortificadas y una tierra fértil, y se apoderaron de casas llenas de todo bien, cisternas ya cavadas, viñas, olivares y árboles frutales en abundancia. Así comieron y se saciaron y engordaron y se deleitaron en tu gran bondad.
