חֲכַם לֵ֭ב יִקַּ֣ח מִצְוֺ֑ת וֶאֱוִ֥יל שְׂ֝פָתַ֗יִם יִלָּבֵֽט׃
The wise in heart will receive commandments: but a prating fool shall fall.
