בְּאֵ֣ין תַּ֭חְבֻּלוֹת יִפָּל עָ֑ם וּ֝תְשׁוּעָ֗ה בְּרֹ֣ב יוֹעֵֽץ׃
Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.
