מַחְשְׁב֣וֹת צַדִּיקִ֣ים מִשְׁפָּ֑ט תַּחְבֻּל֥וֹת רְ֝שָׁעִ֗ים מִרְמָֽה׃
The thoughts of the righteous are right: but the counsels of the wicked are deceit.
