קְצַר אַפַּ֗יִם יַ֭עֲשֶׂה אִוֶּ֑לֶת וְאִ֥ישׁ מְ֝זִמּ֗וֹת יִשָּׂנֵֽא׃
He that is soon angry dealeth foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated.
