בְּ֭לֶב נָב֣וֹן תָּנ֣וּחַ חָכְמָ֑ה וּבְקֶ֥רֶב כְּ֝סִילִ֗ים תִּוָּדֵֽעַ׃
Wisdom resteth in the heart of him that hath understanding: but that which is in the midst of fools is made known.
