כֹּ֣ל פָּ֭עַל יְהוָ֣ה לַמַּעֲנֵ֑הוּ וְגַם רָשָׁ֝֗ע לְי֣וֹם רָעָֽה׃
The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.
