לֹעֵ֣ג לָ֭רָשׁ חֵרֵ֣ף עֹשֵׂ֑הוּ שָׂמֵ֥חַ לְ֝אֵיד לֹ֣א יִנָּקֶֽה׃
Whoso mocketh the poor reproacheth his Maker: and he that is glad at calamities shall not be unpunished.
