מֵשִׁ֣יב דָּ֭בָר בְּטֶ֣רֶם יִשְׁמָ֑ע אִוֶּ֥לֶת הִיא לֹ֝֗ו וּכְלִמָּֽה׃
He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him.
