גַּ֤ם בְּלֹא דַ֣עַת נֶ֣פֶשׁ לֹא טּ֑וֹב וְאָ֥ץ בְּ֝רַגְלַ֗יִם חוֹטֵֽא׃
Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.
