פַּלְגֵי מַ֣יִם לֶב מֶ֣לֶךְ בְּיַד יְ֭הוָה עַל כָּל אֲשֶׁ֥ר יַחְפֹּ֥ץ יַטֶּֽנּוּ׃
The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.
