אֹטֵ֣ם אָ֭זְנוֹ מִזַּעֲקַת דָּ֑ל גַּם ה֥וּא יִ֝קְרָ֗א וְלֹ֣א יֵעָנֶֽה׃
Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard.
