בַּעֲלֹ֣ץ צַ֭דִּיקִים רַבָּ֣ה תִפְאָ֑רֶת וּ֝בְק֗וּם רְשָׁעִ֥ים יְחֻפַּ֥שׂ אָדָֽם׃
When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden.
