אַנְשֵׁי רָ֭ע לֹא יָבִ֣ינוּ מִשְׁפָּ֑ט וּ֝מְבַקְשֵׁ֗י יְהוָ֥ה יָבִ֥ינוּ כֹֽל׃
Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all things.
