בְּאֵ֣ין חָ֭זוֹן יִפָּ֣רַע עָ֑ם וְשֹׁמֵ֥ר ת֝וֹרָ֗ה אַשְׁרֵֽהוּ׃
Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
