בִּרְב֣וֹת צַ֭דִּיקִים יִשְׂמַ֣ח הָעָ֑ם וּבִמְשֹׁ֥ל רָ֝שָׁ֗ע יֵאָנַ֥ח עָֽם׃
When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
