מֶ֣לֶךְ בְּ֭מִשְׁפָּט יַעֲמִ֣יד אָ֑רֶץ וְאִ֖ישׁ תְּרוּמ֣וֹת יֶהֶרְסֶֽנָּה׃
The king by judgment establisheth the land: but he that receiveth gifts overthroweth it.
