בְּדַעְתּ֥וֹ תְהוֹמ֗וֹת נִבְקָ֑עוּ וּ֝שְׁחָקִ֗ים יִרְעֲפוּ טָֽל׃
By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.
