לִ֥י עֵצָ֗ה וְת֫וּשִׁיָּ֥ה אֲנִ֣י בִ֭ינָה לִ֥י גְבוּרָֽה׃
Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.
