רָשָׁ֗ע כְּגֹ֣בַהּ אַ֭פּוֹ בַּל יִדְרֹ֑שׁ אֵ֥ין אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים כָּל מְזִמּוֹתָֽיו׃
The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts.
