פָּנָ֗ה אֶל תְּפִלַּ֣ת הָ֭עַרְעָר וְלֹ֣א בָזָ֥ה אֶת תְּפִלָּתָֽם׃
He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.
