Salmos 107:40

שֹׁפֵ֣ךְ בּ֭וּז עַל נְדִיבִ֑ים וַ֝יַּתְעֵ֗ם בְּת֣וֹהוּ לֹא דָֽרֶךְ׃

He poureth contempt upon princes, and causeth them to wander in the wilderness, where there is no way.
