ר֤וּמָה עַל שָׁמַ֗יִם אֱלֹהִ֑ים וְעַ֖ל כָּל הָאָ֣רֶץ כְּבוֹדֶֽךָ׃
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth;
