יִשְׁלַ֣ח דְּ֭בָר֣וֹ וְיַמְסֵ֑ם יַשֵּׁ֥ב ר֝וּח֗וֹ יִזְּלוּ מָֽיִם׃
He sendeth out his word, and melteth them: he causeth his wind to blow, and the waters flow.
