וַיַּֽעֲמִידֵ֣ם לָעַ֣ד לְעוֹלָ֑ם חָק נָתַ֥ן וְלֹ֣א יַעֲבֽוֹר׃
He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.
