יוֹשֵׁ֣ב בַּשָּׁמַ֣יִם יִשְׂחָ֑ק אֲ֝דֹנָ֗י יִלְעַג לָֽמוֹ׃
He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision.
