מִמְּכ֣וֹן שִׁ֭בְתּוֹ הִשְׁגִּ֑יחַ אֶ֝֗ל כָּל יֹשְׁבֵ֥י הָאָֽרֶץ׃
From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.
