נְאֻ֤ם פֶּ֨שַׁע ׀ לָרָשָׁ֗ע בְּקֶ֣רֶב לִ֭בִּי אֵין פַּ֥חַד אֱלֹהִ֗ים לְנֶגֶד עֵינָֽיו׃
The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.
