לֹוֶ֣ה רָ֭שָׁע וְלֹ֣א יְשַׁלֵּ֑ם וְצַדִּ֗יק ח֣וֹנֵ֣ן וְנוֹתֵֽן׃
The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.
