יִקְרָ֣א אֶל הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם מֵעָ֑ל וְאֶל הָ֝אָ֗רֶץ לָדִ֥ין עַמּֽוֹ׃
He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people.
