כִּ֤י לֹ֣א מִמּוֹצָ֣א וּמִמַּעֲרָ֑ב וְ֝לֹ֗א מִמִּדְבַּ֥ר הָרִֽים׃
For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
