מַשְׂכִּ֥יל לְאָסָ֑ף הַאֲזִ֥ינָה עַ֝מִּ֗י תּוֹרָתִ֥י הַטּ֥וּ אָ֝זְנְכֶ֗ם לְאִמְרֵי פִֽי׃
Maschil of Asaph. Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth.
