אַרְבָּעִ֥ים שָׁנָ֗ה אָ֫ק֥וּט בְּד֗וֹר וָ֫אֹמַ֥ר עַ֤ם תֹּעֵ֣י לֵ֭בָב הֵ֑ם וְהֵ֥ם לֹֽא יָ֝דְע֗וּ דְּרָכָֽי׃
Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:
Durante cuarenta años me disgustó aquella generación, y dije: Es un pueblo que divaga en su corazón y no ha conocido mis caminos.
