אֲשֶׁר ל֣וֹ הַיָּ֣ם וְה֣וּא עָשָׂ֑הוּ וְ֝יַבֶּ֗שֶׁת יָדָ֥יו יָצָֽרוּ׃
The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land.
