יִרְעַ֣ם הַ֭יָּם וּמְלֹא֑וֹ תֵּבֵ֥ל וְ֝יֹשְׁבֵ֗י בָֽהּ׃
Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
