Κἀγὼ εἶπον, Κύριε, αὐτοὶ ἐπίστανται ὅτι ἐγὼ ἤμην φυλακίζων καὶ δέρων κατὰ τὰς συναγωγὰς τοὺς πιστεύοντας ἐπὶ σέ·
And I said, Lord, they know that I imprisoned and beat in every synagogue them that believed on thee:
«Señor», respondí, «ellos saben bien que yo iba de sinagoga en sinagoga encarcelando y azotando a los que creían en ti.
