Καὶ γάρ ἐσμεν εὐηγγελισμένοι, καθάπερ κἀκεῖνοι· ἀλλ' οὐκ ὠφέλησεν ὁ λόγος τῆς ἀκοῆς ἐκείνους, μὴ συγκεκραμένους τῇ πίστει τοῖς ἀκούσασιν.
For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
Porque también a nosotros se nos ha anunciado la buena noticia, igual que a ellos; pero el mensaje que oyeron no les sirvió de nada, porque no estaba unido por la fe con quienes lo escucharon.
