Romanos 2:18

καὶ γινώσκεις τὸ θέλημα, καὶ δοκιμάζεις τὰ διαφέροντα, κατηχούμενος ἐκ τοῦ νόμου,

And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;
