Acts 16:21

καὶ καταγγέλλουσιν ἔθη ἃ οὐκ ἔξεστιν ἡμῖν παραδέχεσθαι οὐδὲ ποιεῖν, Ῥωμαίοις οὖσιν.
kai kataggelloysin ethē a oyk exestin ēmin paradechesthai oyde poiein, Rōmaiois oysin.

And teach customs, which are not lawful for us to receive, neither to observe, being Romans.
