Aunque el rey Nabucodonosor le había hecho jurar por el nombre del Señor, quebrantó su juramento y se rebeló; endureciendo su cuello y su corazón, transgredió las leyes del Señor Dios de Israel.
And after that king Nabuchodonosor had made him to swear by the name of the Lord, he forswore himself, and rebelled; and hardening his neck, and his heart, he transgressed the laws of the Lord God of Israel.
