1 Maccabees 10:12

καὶ ἔφυγον οἱ ἀλλογενεῖς οἱ ὄντες ἐν τοῖς ὀχυρώμασιν, οἷς ᾠκοδόμησεν Βακχίδης,

Then the strangers, that were in the fortresses which Bacchides had built, fled away;
