Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 24:29

ἀπὸ γὰρ θαλάσσης ἐπληθύνθη διανόημα αὐτῆς καὶ ἡ βουλὴ αὐτῆς ἀπὸ ἀβύσσου μεγάλης.

For her thoughts are more than the sea, and her counsels profounder than the great deep.
