Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 27:21

ὅτι τραῦμά ἐστι καταδῆσαι καὶ λοιδορίας ἐστὶ διαλλαγή, ὁ δὲ ἀποκαλύψας μυστήρια ἀπήλπισεν.

As for a wound, it may be bound up; and after reviling there may be reconcilement: but he that bewrayeth secrets is without hope.

Modern English

A wound can be bandaged, and there can be reconciliation after harsh words, but whoever betrays secrets has no hope of repair.
