Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 33:26

ζυγὸς καὶ ἱμὰς κάμψουσι τράχηλον, καὶ οἰκέτῃ κακούργῳ στρέβλαι καὶ βάσανοι.
King James Version (KJV)

A yoke and a collar do bow the neck: so are tortures and torments for an evil servant.

Modern English

A yoke and a strap bend the neck; so torments and torture are fitting for a wicked servant.
