Sirach (Ecclesiasticus)

Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 38:27

King James Version (KJV)

So every carpenter and workmaster, that laboureth night and day: and they that cut and grave seals, and are diligent to make great variety, and give themselves to counterfeit imagery, and watch to finish a work:

Modern English

The same goes for every carpenter and craftsman who labors day and night, and those who carve and engrave seals, striving for great variety, giving themselves to fashioning lifelike images, and staying up late to finish their work.
