דְּנָ֤ה חֶלְמָא֙ חֲזֵ֔ית אֲנָ֖ה מַלְכָּ֖א נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּ֥ר וְאַנְתְּ֣ה בֵּלְטְשַׁאצַּ֡ר פִּשְׁרָ֣א אֱמַ֡ר כָּל קֳבֵ֣ל דִּ֣י כָל חַכִּימֵ֣י מַלְכוּתִ֗י לָ֛א יָכְלִ֥ין פִּשְׁרָ֖א לְהוֹדָעֻתַ֑נִי וְאַנְתְּ֣ה כָהֵ֣ל דִּ֣י רוּחַ אֱלָהִ֣ין קַדִּישִׁ֣ין בָּֽךְ׃
This dream I king Nebuchadnezzar have seen. Now thou, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation thereof, forasmuch as all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known unto me the interpretation: but thou art able; for the spirit of the holy gods is in thee.
Este sueño lo vi yo, el rey Nabucodonosor. Tú, pues, Beltsasar, dime la interpretación, porque todos los sabios de mi reino no han podido darme la interpretación; pero tú puedes, porque el espíritu de los dioses santos está en ti.
