מְהוֹדְעִ֥ין אֲנַ֖חְנָא לְמַלְכָּ֑א דִּ֣י הֵן קִרְיְתָ֡א דָ֡ךְ תִּתְבְּנֵ֡א וְשׁוּרַיָּ֡א יִשְׁתַּכְלְל֡וּן אֲחֲלַ֡ק בַּעֲבַ֡ר נַהֲרָ֡א לָ֣א אִיתַ֡י לָֽךְ׃
We certify the king that, if this city be builded again, and the walls thereof set up, by this means thou shalt have no portion on this side the river.
Hacemos saber al rey que si esta ciudad es reconstruida y sus muros terminados, no tendrás posesión alguna en la provincia al Otro Lado del Río.
