שַׁ֭סֻּהוּ כָּל עֹבְרֵ֣י דָ֑רֶךְ הָ֥יָ֝ה חֶרְפָּ֗ה לִשְׁכֵנָֽיו׃
All that pass by the way spoil him: he is a reproach to his neighbours.
