שַׁ֭סֻּהוּ כָּל עֹבְרֵ֣י דָ֑רֶךְ הָ֥יָ֝ה חֶרְפָּ֗ה לִשְׁכֵנָֽיו׃
shasuhv kal ʿobrey darek hayah ḥerpah lishkenayv

All that pass by the way spoil him: he is a reproach to his neighbours.

Modern English

All who pass by plunder him; he has become the scorn of his neighbors.
